From the Eastern Avenue A12.

Turn left (if Romford, Chelmsford) bound or right (if London) bound into Hainult Road.

Follow this all the way to the bottom.

At the mini-roundabout turn left into Forest Road.

Proceed along Forest Road until you pass under the railway bridge, the entrance to the club is located via Redbridge sports center which is approximately 20yds past the bridge on the right.

The Jack Carter Pavilion Frenford is 5mins walk from Fairlop underground station. See Map. Fairlop is on the central line and is in Zone 5.
