Let me share some thoughts on the work I am in charge of and related important work.

Now the solution of many problems in the world requires China's participation. China's voice in the international community is getting heavier and larger. However, international hostile forces still use various methods to restrict us, slander us, and divide us, trying to influence China with their ideologies and values, shake the guiding position of Marxism in our ideology, shake the ideological foundation of the common struggle of the people across the country, and shake our people's confidence in the socialist system and the belief in the Communist Party of China. Hostile forces not only use China's so-called "economic issues" and "human rights issues" as issues, but also often use China's "anti-corruption issues" as an issue. At the same time, in our country, in the rapidly developing social environment, our country's economic system is changing, social interest relationships are still being adjusted, and people's ideological concepts are also changing. Some environments may induce some corruption problems. Some of our individual leading cadres have a lack of morality, money worship, and hedonism. The corruption of some cadres is very sad. From the perspective of universities, universities are no longer a pure land, and corruption cases among university leaders have also increased alarmingly. The lessons from these cases show that if colleges and universities do not have enough scientific and democratic decision-making, the system is not perfect, the restraint mechanism is not enough, and the leading cadres do not have strict self-requirements, problems will easily occur. Therefore, I would like to emphasize here that university leaders should further enhance their sense of responsibility and sense of urgency.
Second, strictly implement the opinions and requirements of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, the Ministry of Supervision, and the Ministry of Education on strengthening anti-corruption work in colleges and universities.I mainly emphasize three points here:
The first is to strengthen the implementation of the responsibility system for building party style and clean government.
