Reporter: Why use online democracy assessment? And why did you choose this time of year?
Zhang Nan: Cadre assessment is a very systematic task. Since last year, the Organization Department has made improving the cadre assessment mechanism and methods an important task, and has carried out extensive research inside and outside the w88 casino. Zhang Nan: The evaluation of middle-level cadres is a comprehensive process, which consists of the middle-level team and cadres submitting work reports, holding a work-reporting meeting, democratic evaluation (including mass evaluation and leadership evaluation), statistics of democratic evaluation results, and collective discussion by the Standing Committee to determine the evaluation of middle-level teams and cadres. The online democracy assessment system used by w88 casino is an independent software system, the assessment content is designed in accordance with the unified regulations of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee. The assessment follows the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, democracy and transparency. Reporter: What are the similarities and differences between online assessment and traditional assessment?
Zhang Nan: Online assessment and traditional assessment have three things in common, namely, the assessment subject, assessment object and assessment content are the same. This is clearly stipulated in the documents of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee. There are four main differences between the two: First, the evaluation environment is different. On-site assessment means that the faculty and staff of the unit fill in the assessment tickets at the same time and place at the same time; online assessment means that the faculty and staff fill in the assessment tickets separately and separately within the specified time. Second, the evaluation media are different. The on-site assessment is a paper assessment ticket; the online assessment is an electronic assessment ticket. Third, the assessment time is different. The second is objectivity. The evaluation results are automatically generated by the system to ensure the accuracy and objectivity of the data. The third is openness. The evaluation of the units and related units of the middle-level party and government leaders in the w88 casino are all conducted online to ensure the openness and transparency of democratic evaluation. The fourth is changeability. The system allows evaluators to evaluate the evaluation object multiple times, but the last evaluation ticket submitted will be defaulted. The fifth is speed. Zhang Nan: In order to ensure the security and confidentiality of faculty and staff evaluations, when faculty and staff log in for the first time, their personal passwords must be reset before they can enter the evaluation system. This ensures the uniqueness of the password and the security of faculty and staff evaluation results. During the evaluation process, the organization department also received calls asking about personal safety issues. I have mentioned before that the cadre evaluation system we use focuses on results. The system applies the black box principle to the evaluation process, which means that the system summarizes the overall evaluation data of faculty and staff and does not display specific data. Faculty and staff please rest assured that there is no problem with safety and confidentiality.
Reporter: If this is the case, will someone irresponsibly vote and ultimately affect the evaluation results?
Zhang Nan: Some people may be irresponsible, but it will basically not affect the evaluation results. We must fully believe in the democratic consciousness of all faculty and staff in the w88 casino and their sense of responsibility for the development of the w88 casino and the construction of the cadre team.
