General Provisions

Chapter 1 Code of conduct for honest government

　　(六)Overpool more housing in violation of regulations, or buy and sell affordable housing, low-rent housing and other affordable housing in violation of regulations.

　　Article 2It is prohibited to engage in profit-making activities privately. The following behaviors are not allowed:

　　(一)Individuals or use other people's names to do business or run a business;

　　(二)Owning a non-listed company in violation of regulations(Enterprise)shares or securities;

　　(三)Buy and sell stocks or make other securities investments in violation of regulations;

　　(四)Individuals in the country(境)Register a company or invest in shares;

　　(五)Break regulations to get part-time or part-time remuneration in economic entities, social groups and other units, and engage in paid intermediary activities;

　　Article 3It is prohibited to violate the regulations on the management and use of public property, and to make public use private goods and turn public into private goods. The following behaviors are not allowed:

　　Article 4Selecting and appointing cadres in violation of regulations is prohibited. The following behaviors are not allowed:

　　(三)Privately leak democratic recommendations, democratic evaluations, inspections, deliberations and decisions on cadres, etc.;

　　(五)Carry non-organized activities such as canvassing votes in democratic recommendation, democratic assessment, organizational inspection and elections;

　　(六)Using position convenience to privately interfere in the selection and appointment of cadres at subordinates or former regions and units;

　　(七)Surprising promotion and adjustment of cadres during work transfers and organizational changes;

　　(八)In the selection and appointment of cadres, they are appointed as officials and make wishes, appoint people as nepotism, and engage in private fraud.

　　Article 5It is prohibited to use power and position influence to seek benefits for relatives and staff around you. The following behaviors are not allowed:

　　(一)Request or instruct the promotion of spouses, children and their spouses, other relatives and staff around them;

Chapter 2 Implementation and Supervision

　　Article 11Party committees at all levels(Party Group)We must conscientiously implement various systems of intra-party supervision, and strengthen supervision systems such as democratic life meetings, important situation reports and reports, inspections, conversations and admonitions, performance and integrity reports, reports on personal matters, and inspections and assessments.
