This timeG20The decisions reached by the w88 Ministers’ Conference have higher credibility and enforceability.
China firmly believes that w88 and investment liberalization are important means of economic development and an important goal worth pursuing. Unlike developed countries, China pays more attention to the balance between liberalization and development, rather than blindly emphasizing liberalization. Development is the ultimate goal, and liberalization is only a means. China insists that the multilateral trading system should be the main channel for international w88 governance, also because it believes it is the best way to promote global w88 and investment liberalization.
China does not exclude other channels such as regional or multilateral channels, but emphasizes that it should support or supplement multilateral channels, rather than weaken or replace them.
