In the process of participating in local market competition, some companies have gradually formed strategic thinking and business models with Chinese characteristics: they are generally good at fighting price wars, maintaining good relations with local governments, good at discovering opportunities, and responding quickly. This "China approach" has enabled these companies to grow rapidly in the Chinese market and achieve extraordinary results. As the pace of China's overseas investment accelerates, more and more Chinese companies are going abroad and are accustomed to using domestic business practices (Chinese Business Way) to develop overseas markets. However, these mindsets and market behaviors formed under specific institutional and market environments may become stumbling blocks for enterprises to further succeed in the process of entering the international market, especially the markets of developed countries.
