Participating in this lecture were Taoist Li Shanggu, executive vice president of Dongfang Laozi College, Wang Kaiding, president of the Alumni Association of the w88 casino Wushu Association, Xu Yimeng, secretary-general of the Wushu Association of the w88 casino, Xu Shixie, chairman of Beijing Photodynamics Company, Dr. Liu Weihua, associate professor of Macau Polytechnic University, relevant leaders of China CITIC Bank and some teachers, graduate students, members of the Wushu Association, w88 casino alumni, art circles, and cultural circles participated in this lecture and exchange.
At the beginning of the lecture, Teacher Zhang Xuguang used the acrostic calligraphy works of the young calligrapher Mr. Cheng Hongliang——“Zhongzhengyonghe”、“Xinyi Rende”started the show, and then extended the profoundness of Chinese culture through the meaning of calligraphy works. Combined with the changes in Tai Chi moves, it vividly explained how Tai Chi practice can help young people's physical and mental improvement and career development.
Teacher Zhang Xuguang used his sword to illustrate the way and impromptuly demonstrated the Chinese Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection and Promotion Project——“Five Elements Return the Sword”, his wide-open and wide-open figure, his free and easy charm, and his sword skills that change with the situation, astonished the people present. If they had some enlightenment, their enthusiasm for learning traditional martial arts surged.
Teacher Zhang Xuguang emphasized that we should pay more attention to the in-depth exploration and research of the Tai Chi cultural treasures left by our predecessors, so that more young elites can understand the true value of Tai Chi and apply Tai Chi wisdom to life and work. Teacher Zhang Xuguang also introduced the new national martial arts fitness method“Nine-style Tai Chi exercises”There are several internal training methods that can quickly relieve fatigue and restore physical strength. The students present learned and experienced in their own way, interacted and communicated, and immersed themselves in the internal training methods of Tai Chi“The way of tranquility”and“The beauty of change”。“Nine-style Tai Chi exercises”It not only embodies the simplicity of the great truth, but also embodies the ethics and behavioral norms of Tai Chi practice.“Nine-style Tai Chi exercises”was created by teacher Zhang Xuguang and won the first prize for the Outstanding National Fitness Project issued by the State Sports General Administration. It was specially invited to demonstrate at the first World Traditional Wushu Festival hosted by the International Wushu Federation.
Teacher Zhang Xuguang presented Mr. Cheng Hongliang’s calligraphy works to Mr. Zhao Junmin, the leader of the Human Resources Department of CITIC Bank who was present.
Before the lecture ended, Teacher Zhang taught the etiquette unique to Chinese martial arts to the CITIC Bank International Class Academy——Fist-holding ceremony.
