来自联合国工发组织总部的工业研究高级官员原口信也对该合作研究项目的概况进行了介绍。 He pointed out that the research will start from the macro, meso and micro levels, combine input-output analysis, model analysis, case studies and other qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct a comprehensive and comprehensive examination of the relationship between global value chains and economic development, and provide targeted policy recommendations for Asian countries to participate in the global division of labor and achieve inclusive and sustainable industrial development.

Vice President Zhao Zhongxiu told a reporter from China.com that this cooperative research with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization was successfully launched with the strong support of the China International Economic and Technical Exchange Center. The project fully combines the research experience and academic resource advantages of both parties in the field of global value chains. The cooperation has a solid foundation and will contribute significant research value to comply with the requirements of the supply-side structural reform of the Chinese economy.
