In the process of promoting practice orientation, in addition to the dual mentorship system, we also strive to create such a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. At the same time, we have added corporate practice projects to the elective courses, taking some management issues that actually occur in companies as our research topics. MBA students will be guided by on-campus tutors, off-campus tutors, and people from the business community to complete the project together. If it goes smoothly, MBA students will be able to obtain credits after completing the project in one semester, which is a very bright spot.

Another one that we attach great importance to is pragmatic demand. In the actual management process of the enterprise, each business course is a system and a whole, not separate. When students take each course, their knowledge system is relatively independent. Our newly developed integrated practice course is an experience of such integration. Then different courses are integrated into one course, and one teacher or several teachers work together to complete the course. These fully demonstrate that the practical orientation can effectively cultivate students' practical management abilities.

What is worth mentioning is our dual mentoring system. This year we have introduced a large number of entrepreneurial mentors to join us. Entrepreneurial mentors and our students form entrepreneurial teams to participate in our entrepreneurial competitions.

Qian Aimin:I may have said something just now, but in fact, what I just said is still feasible, that is, it is completely achievable, and it is not out of reach. So it cannot be considered a long-term goal. Now we are working hard and constantly developing in this direction. If we talk about specifics, if we want to set a goal, it may be to further enhance our brand, and then gradually increase our visibility and ranking of domestic MBAs in the industry in various aspects, and gradually increase the employment rate. To further improve marketing, we may not have done enough in this area in the past, and we may have been relatively low-key. In the future, we will promote our projects and project achievements through the media and various activities.
