Author Wang Mingli As a rapidly developing industry, cross-border e-commerce plays an immeasurable role in driving economic growth. Cross-border e-commerce craze continues to rise in various places.

Compared with traditional international w88, what new characteristics does cross-border e-commerce present? Is it now time for nationwide promotion? With relevant questions, the reporter recently conducted an exclusive interviewCao Shuyan, my country’s cross-border e-commerce expert and deputy dean of the w88 casino of Information, w88 casino

Reporter: At present, the number of comprehensive pilot cities for cross-border e-commerce is constantly increasing. What problems still exist in cross-border e-commerce in my country and how to solve them?

Cao Shuyan:I think the most prominent problem at this stage is the logistics and payment system.

The lag in existing logistics facilities has begun to hold back cross-border e-commerce. The unique characteristics of cross-border e-commerce make it impossible for many small and medium-sized enterprises to afford the huge costs of overseas warehousing or transportation. Currently cross-borderB2CThere are three methods of e-commerce logistics: international small parcels and express delivery, overseas warehousing, and large-scale transportation after aggregation. For example, Dalong.com in Chongqing has established overseas sites20Multiple warehouses.

Cross-border e-commerce requires a relatively complete payment system, which currently includes Tenpay, Alipay, Huifu and other companies17A third-party payment company has received official approval from the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and has become the first batch of enterprises to obtain pilot qualifications for cross-border e-commerce foreign exchange payment business. But at present, it seems that not only the coverage is not enough, but the convenience and passability are also not enough.

Of course, customs clearance and commodity inspection is a very critical link in the cross-border e-commerce process. Currently, many cross-border e-commerce platforms are established in bonded areas, taking advantage of the convenient customs clearance conditions in bonded areas.

Reporter: There are transaction disputes and after-sales issues in both traditional w88 and domestic e-commerce transactions. How should transaction disputes be handled in cross-border e-commerce?

Cao Shuyan:The resolution of e-commerce transaction disputes is a major issue currently faced by the international judicial community and judicial practice departments. Cross-border e-commerce transaction disputes usually have foreign-related factors, which can lead to conflicts in the application of laws and jurisdictions in different countries. Currently, no country has a complete handling mechanism.

my country’s current cross-border e-commerce business is undertaken by various trading websites. In fact, this is a problem of the public environment. But to completely solve this problem, we need to conduct multilateral negotiations and hand over cross-border transaction disputes to relevant agencies. Only in this way can we have a basis for cooperation.

Reporter: E-commerce is the inevitable trend of cross-border w88 in the future. Cross-border e-commerce in pilot cities is currently developing rapidly. Does it have the conditions and foundation for nationwide promotion?

Cao Shuyan:I think that the current cross-border w88 e-commerce does not have the conditions and foundation for nationwide promotion. The practical problems mentioned above have not yet been well solved, and the foundation for the development of e-commerce in various regions of our country is uneven. E-commerce is an inevitable trend in cross-border w88 in the future, but we cannot rush for success.

Cross-border foreign w88 e-commerce (export business) developed earlier and is relatively mature, and is becoming an important growth point for China’s foreign w88. Platforms such as Alibaba, DHgate.com, Global Sources, and Milan.com are already very mature.

But the cross-border e-commerce import business has just started, and the country is currently only liberalizing it6"bonded import" business in pilot cities. There is huge domestic demand in this area, and ordinary consumers pay most attention to this area, but there is obviously a long way to go.

However, I believe that with the country’s key support for the development of cross-border w88 e-commerce, the industry will surely flourish.
