Lamy suggested that mutually beneficial cooperation between countries should be coordinated withWTOis consistent with relevant programs and does not isolate other countries. He hopes that globalized multilateral economic cooperation can eventually replace inter-regional cooperation.

He called on all countries to open up w88 cooperation and resist local protectionism and geographical restrictions. The process of globalization is still continuing. Although economic globalization has slowed down in recent years, it will not eventually disappear. A more globalized world requires more global rules, not more bilateral w88 rules.
