Compared with the development of multinational corporations in other countries and regions, the development of Chinese multinational corporations has its own distinctive characteristics, such as a late start but rapid growth, strong foreign competitors, a large proportion of state-owned enterprises, and a low degree of transnationalization. These characteristics determine that the growth and cultivation of Chinese multinational companies have their own special rules, and their development models are also unique.
