Compared with the income gap in our country, the property gap is larger. To eliminate polarization, it is not enough to rely on measures such as raising the threshold for personal income tax. The fundamental way is to develop and strengthen the socialist public ownership economy and give full play to the leading role of the state-owned economy.

Researcher Zhao Yulin of the Jilin Academy of Social Sciences believes that high housing prices have become a major hot issue that is of great concern to people from all walks of life in my country.
