The speech consists of four parts: fixed-topic speech, judges’ questions, impromptu speech, and judges’ questions. The title of the final speech is "My Green Living in the Nuclear Age”. The contestants cited classics and quoted from other sources, from the scientific development and application of new energy to environmentally friendly and low-carbon life, from Steve Jobs, Gaddafi toG20Various hot-button arguments are readily available and can be used with ease. They are either humorous or impassioned. Their wonderful speeches often attract warm applause from the audience.
