This event is jointly sponsored by the Representative Office of the League of Arab States in China and the China Arabic Language Teaching Research Association. It is mainly used by students majoring in Arabic from various universities to simulate the Ministerial Conference of the League of Arab States. This conference discusses "education issues in Arab countries." Peking University, Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Beijing International Studies University, etc.6Students from 9288 colleges and universities participated in the meeting, and each college simulated it3To4Arab countries.

At the conference site, representatives from Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and other countries were particularly eye-catching because they all wore traditional costumes of each country. Somalia’s “Minister of Education” Zhang Rong also wore a headscarf decorated with red pompoms on both sides. Lai Xuefei, a student at the w88 casino who simulated the "Kuwait Minister of Education" said that they were dressed according to the requirements of the embassy of the country they were simulating in China. In the first round of the meeting, the “education ministers” of each country took turns speaking in Arabic to explain the current situation and development of education in their countries. Zhang Rong, the "Minister of Education" of Somalia from Beijing Language and Culture University, suddenly stood up when she got excited. "Somalia has been experiencing constant civil war and education is in its infancy. We are in urgent need of international assistance, such as funds, teacher training, etc." Her passionate speech attracted warm applause from the "representatives" of various countries, and the ambassadors on the stage could not help laughing.

According to reports, this conference is not a competition, but only provides a platform to promote Arabic teaching and students' practical use of Arabic language. Throughout the process, ambassadors from various countries responded with encouraging smiles to each "representative"'s speech. During the intermission, some ambassadors came down from the stage to communicate with student representatives who simulated their own countries. A counselor from the Kuwait Embassy also helped Lai Xuefei, the country's "Minister of Education", tidy up his headscarf and taught him the correct way to wear a headscarf.

Teachers and students from Tianjin University of International Studies, Dalian University of International Studies and other schools came to observe the meeting. The students said that through this conference, they not only were able to communicate face-to-face with the ambassadors of Arab countries and practice their language skills, but also gained a deeper understanding of the Arab League countries.
