A farm boy won the first prize in the National Mathematics Competition
In 1981, Yang Hangjun was born in Xinyang Village, Fengqiao Town, Zhuji, Shaoxing, Zhejiang. His parents were farmers and only had a primary w88 casino education. A good teacher who is strict and loving to his students
After returning to China, Yang Hangjun immediately joined the w88 casino and has been working there since 2011. In teaching work, no matter which course he takes, Yang Hangjun will clearly tell the students his scoring rules in the first class, and treat students equally when grading and give scores objectively.
Yang Hangjun was awarded the title of "Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor of the University of International w88". He admitted that this was largely due to the outstanding performance of the students he supervised - they successfully published papers in international A-class journals and provided strong support for this honor with their outstanding academic achievements.

For the graduate students under his supervision, Yang Hangjun will give careful guidance to the students and clarify the research direction. After the students conduct research, they will report the research status to him regularly. He will provide careful guidance and provide specific suggestions for revision of the first draft of the thesis completed by the students.
Yang Hangjun has always adhered to the educational concept of "strength and love". It can be said that he worries a lot about the growth of his students. He once had a doctoral student, Xiao Ma, who was stuck in the quagmire of publishing papers and almost collapsed. Not only did he doubt his academic ability, but he also suffered from persistent insomnia because he was worried that he would not be able to meet graduation requirements. Faced with Xiao Ma's predicament, Yang Hangjun took a two-pronged approach. On the one hand, he placed strict demands on her academically, giving her detailed and meticulous guidance from finalizing the topic, selecting research methods, and constructing argument logic, and worked hard to polish her high-quality academic papers. On the other hand, he actively paid attention to her physical and mental health, communicated with her as much as possible, patiently listened to her confusion and confusion, and encouraged her to never give up and believe in her abilities. "Under my persistent and careful guidance, Xiaoma finally successfully published a paper in an SSCI journal after more than two years of hard work and was rejected five times in a row. This result not only allowed her to basically meet the requirements for doctoral graduation, but also greatly relieved her academic pressure and allowed her to regain her confidence. Since then, Xiaoma has been working hard. Ma worked hard again before graduating with his Ph.D. and successfully published another paper in another SSCI journal, and subsequently won the University of Shanghai International w88 and Economics Outstanding Doctoral Thesis Award." Yang Hangjun believes that teaching, scientific research, and social services (think tanks) are actually complementary and mutually reinforcing. "For example, the cases I made in scientific research can be used in teaching, and students like to listen to them because you are using the latest first-hand information." Yang Hangjun said that his main research fields are industrial economics and supply chain management, and he has done the most in transportation and logistics, especially focusing on China's transportation and logistics issues.
In recent years, Yang Hangjun has visited Shandong Port Group for investigation every year. During each investigation, he will lead a team of doctoral students and join hands with other teachers to deeply explore the pulse of industry development with the power of teamwork. In order to conduct in-depth research, Yang Hangjun led his team to conduct on-site visits to most of the port terminals and affiliated enterprises of the group. Based on this, he formed 7 research and teaching cases and put forward a number of feasible development suggestions. The group adopted their suggestions and clearly positioned its strategy to build a world-class comprehensive supply chain service system relying on the port.
In addition to his work at the University of International w88, Yang Hangjun also undertakes many social service tasks. He is the chief subject case expert of the Degree Center of the Ministry of Education and a key member of the Ministry of Education's first batch of Chinese enterprise case study bases. These research results play an important reference role in promoting the country's economic and social development.
As the leader of the transportation economics discipline of the University of International w88 and Economics, Yang Hangjun actively promotes the development of relevant disciplines and majors in the w88 casino. For young students, Yang Hangjun gave three suggestions: "In my opinion, college students should have three important qualities: first, self-confidence, especially when facing difficulties, you must believe in yourself. When I was studying for a Ph.D., I changed my major from the Department of Mathematics. I have a Ph.D. abroad. There are only two chances to take the doctoral qualification examination, and the elimination rate can be as high as one-third. I failed the first doctoral qualification examination due to carelessness and insufficient preparation. I was under great pressure because there was only one chance left, but I firmly believed that I could pass it as long as I prepared well and tried my best in the second year. Go and pass the exam successfully. The second is responsibility. As a university professor, teaching is my primary responsibility. The same is true for administrative work. As a leader, I must not only take the lead, but also do my best. Have ideas, ideas, and a sense of responsibility. Finally, you must have execution. Many things are easier said than done.
