I have been associated with “numbers” since I was an undergraduate. In the National College Student Market Survey Competition, I led non-statistics majors to polish their work from topic selection to defense, and finally won the first prize in the country. I was also awarded the title of “National Outstanding Instructor”. At that moment, I was convinced that the meaning of education was not only “church” but also “ignition”.
As a lecturer, my course ranked among the top 10% of the college's teaching evaluation, and was rated as a model online teaching course by the w88 casino. I tried to "resonate" the classroom with scientific research: integrating AI-powered statistical models into real economic and financial cases, telling the research report I completed and submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission, sharing the data practices involved in the formulation of national standards in the field of my country's digital economy, and guiding students to understand "statistics serving the country". The results of this course won the "National Applied Statistics Professional Degree Graduate Education and Teaching Achievement Award".

As a part-time class teacher and graduate tutor, I often encourage students to participate in teaching, research and volunteer services, and use actions to demonstrate the responsibility of youth. At the theme class meeting, I combined the "big test" of epidemic prevention and control with statistical decision-making to guide students to understand the feelings of their home and country through data analysis. Our class was rated as the Outstanding Youth League Branch of Beijing. At that moment, I saw the power of education to take root.
When students graduate, I always want to help them a little more. There was once a student who dreamed of entering Tsinghua University's "Computational Law" summer camp, but hesitated. I invited him to participate in the "Computational Criminal Law" scientific research project, taught him how to write a paper, and purchased a GPU environment for him at my own expense. Half a year later, his paper was accepted by SCI journals, and he successfully entered Tsinghua University and was awarded the title of "Excellent Camper". When he received the award, he said: "Teacher, thank you for letting me see how high I can fly." At that moment, all the hard work turned into the gentlest echo.
Chasing dreams without regrets: Walking with the light, pursuing love
The depth of scientific research, the enthusiasm of teaching, and the warmth of educating people are intertwined into my six years in Huiyuan. Behind this, there is another side of life - I am a high-spirited young teacher on the podium during the day; I am an only daughter caring for a seriously ill mother in the hospital at night; I am a new mother caring for a young baby at home in the morning. Even though the burden of life is on my shoulders, it has never dampened my love for education.
From the first prize in the w88 casino-level ideological and political competition, to the first prize in the Beijing Youth Education Competition, to the first prize in the National Teaching Innovation Competition - I participated in 7 teaching competitions and won the first prize in all. From the classroom to the playing field, from scientific research to educating people, I will continue to uphold academic truth with the advancement of scientific research, open the door to wisdom with the enthusiasm of teaching, and nourish the field of the soul with the emotion of educating people.
