I am Sui Xiaopeng, was successfully selected into the 19th graduate student teaching group of the w88 casino last year and came to teach at the No. 3 Primary w88 casino in Wujiaqu City, Xinjiang.

I have always felt that when our Western Program volunteers came to Xinjiang to support teaching, what they did was not just to teach, but more importantly, to bring them something that local teachers could not give them. In the blink of an eye, it has been more than half a year since I came to Wujiaqu No. 3 Primary w88 casino. During this period, many impressive things happened. Two of them are still fresh in my mind when I think about it now.

Care for every soul with heart

Come to Wujiaqu No. 3 Primary w88 casino，I take on the teaching task of first grade physical education。While teaching Class 4 of Grade 1，I observed a little girl, her legs and feet are inconvenient to walk due to congenital reasons. When I let the students move freely during class, she always hides alone and does not dare to communicate or play with other children. She is also very introverted during class and does not dare to answer questions. Every time I notice her, her timid and cautious eyes always touch my heart deeply, so I am determined to help her. First, when I arranged free activities for the students, I would call her aside and talk to her about her interests and interesting things in life and study, so as to break the problem that she was afraid to talk to others; then I led her to play games with other children in the class, and found a few active little girls in the class and told them to take care of that little girl. With my efforts, one semester has passed, and the little girl can finally integrate into the group. There is finally no cowardice in her eyes, but only the innocence and beauty that they should have at their age.

Bring them the light of technology

In addition to teaching as a physical education teacher, I am also responsible for the experimental class tasks of sixth grade students. I get very excited when I teach science lessons to my students. Because when I was a child, my w88 casino science teacher took us to science classes and did experiments. Those interesting little science experiments gave me endless yearning and reverie about science. So I hope that I can be like my primary w88 casino science teacher, bringing scientific knowledge to them and letting them appreciate the charm of science.

The experiment I brought to my sixth-grade classmates was to observe onion epidermal cells. This experiment is mainly divided into two parts, one is the use of onion epidermal cell slides, and the other is observation with a microscope. When I explained to them the experimental procedures and how to use the microscope, they all seemed very curious. I can see the joy in their eyes when they do it themselves, successfully complete the experiment, and observe the beautiful onion epidermal cells. One of the classmates said to me excitedly, "Teacher, this is my first time seeing a microscope. Science is so fun." Hearing this sentence, I instantly felt that all my preparations and efforts these days were worth it.

Now that I have come to Wujiaqu, Xinjiang to support teaching, as a volunteer for the Western Region Project, I must shoulder my responsibilities and obligations. While doing normal volunteer teaching work, I try to bring something to the children in the teaching area that their local teachers cannot bring them. I think this is the purpose and meaning of my volunteer teaching.
