[Editor's Note] In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the National Education Conference and other conferences, and comprehensively promote the construction project of teachers in the new era of schools, according to the "Central Committee of the Communist Party of China" According to the requirements of the State Council’s Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of the Teacher Team in the New Era, which “strengthen teachers’ participation in social practice and promote teachers’ full understanding of the Party’s conditions, the country’s conditions, social conditions, and the people’s conditions”, the Party Committee’s Teacher Affairs Department/Human Resources Division organized a national conditions education for new teachers in 2020 to guide young teachers to expand their horizons, grow their talents, make contributions, and serve the motherland while serving the society. In late September 2020, 32 new teachers went to four practice sites in Qingdao, Shandong, Shenzhen, Guandong, Haikou, Hainan, and Xishuangbanna, Yunnan, kicking off their practice of education, teaching, subject research, and think tank construction. The process of practice is also a process of understanding life, thinking about the present, sublimating the state of mind, and inspiring the mission. They use real and delicate brushwork and lenses to present practical stories that belong to themselves and more specifically to the young teachers of the University of International w88.

The sudden epidemic caused me to end my more than 20 years of student life in ignorance. Each of our teachers has arranged a lecture with a customized theme within the institute. For example, I gave a sharing entitled "Blockchain and Digital Currency". After sharing, everyone will have various exchanges and discussions based on their own perspectives on the content of the lecture. They have learned a lot of knowledge that they have not been exposed to before, and it has also deepened everyone's understanding of their respective research directions.

In addition to lectures, the institute also arranged a wealth of research and learning activities for us. For example, I went to the Shibei District Big Data Development Management Bureau for research and gained an in-depth understanding of the current status and potential development directions of relevant industries in Shibei District. During the visit and study in the citizens' living room, by listening to the emotional sharing of front-line party members and cadres, we truly felt the development concepts and work results of Shibei District's party building leading grassroots governance. During the research process of Haier, a famous local company in Qingdao, we learned about Haier’s corporate history of hard work and its entrepreneurial spirit of open innovation, and also learned about how Haier faces rapid changes in the market. When the fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held, we immediately organized a study of the spirit of the meeting, and everyone conducted active exchanges and discussions based on their respective professional backgrounds.

In the life of the institute, our food, clothing, housing and transportation are well taken care of in the yard. After dinner, some people will go out for a walk, and some people will go back to the dormitory to take a rest. At the end of the night, when we are about to go back to the dormitory to rest, everyone will chat in the office about daily life, or talk about some of the unsatisfactory things they encountered in today's study and work. When everyone is busy with the first phase of work, we will also make an appointment to go to some local attractions in Qingdao to take a look. Here I feel like I have returned to my student days. Everyone lives together every day and there are people who are willing to listen to your confusion and pressure. But everyone is working hard in the same direction. Even if the disciplines have different directions, everyone cares for each other and urges each other to move forward. Starting from the small courtyard of Qingdao Research Institute, I hope to get closer to the place in my heart as soon as possible.

We are about to leave Qingdao and return to Beijing to start our real career as college teachers. This place once gave us endless laughter, warmth and strength, and also allowed us to complete the transformation from students to teachers. When we leave, we will miss everything here. When we are free or needed, we will come back here to take a look.
