This is very regrettable, and at the same time, it also gives me a deeper understanding of what the feelings of family and country are. How can there be a family without a country? Without the stability of a country, how can there be peace of personal life? This kind of touching of the soul will give people a sense of responsibility and mission, allowing us to look at problems with a broad mind, handle things with an inclusive attitude, use wisdom to resolve conflicts, and strive to maintain national unity.
Teaching support work is not a personal behavior. We no longer represent ourselves. During the exploration process, I got a lot of inspiration and applied it to teaching, and achieved very good results. In teaching, I often encourage students that learning actuarial science can benefit society and contribute to the social development of Xinjiang. The large income gap is the main factor leading to social inequality and instability, and the social security system provides economic assistance to low-income people and vulnerable groups through the secondary distribution of national income to maintain social stability. Pension insurance can correct people's short-sighted behavior and provide security for old age. Inspire students to use professional knowledge of actuarial science to eliminate poverty and improve the welfare of the whole society by improving the social security system.

Now I am leading a team of doctoral students to participate in the pension life table project of the China Academy of Labor and Social Security Sciences and compile national and22The life tables of pension insurance in several provinces and cities were compiled using the data of all insured persons in the pension insurance for the first time, achieving a zero breakthrough. The life table can be used to improve the pension insurance system, especially to modify the personal account divisor in the pension calculation method to ensure the balance of fund income and expenditure and promote the sustainable development of the system. Currently, our team of doctoral students continues to analyze population and pension insurance data and contribute their wisdom and efforts to the development of pension insurance and social security.
