[Editor's Note] Educating people for the party will nourish things silently; educating talents for the country will shoulder a mission. As spring passed and autumn came, they taught and preached on the three-foot podium and devoted their lives to cultivating national economic and w88 talents. I feel very uneasy when I tell the story of educating people, because there are too many excellent teachers around me who are shouldering the important task of educating people in various ways and making their own contributions. The selfless dedication and professionalism shown by the teachers are admirable and moving, and they have always spurred and inspired me to continue to work hard to do better.

My education story, I have to mention that I am20157381_740520037555_7648ISO26000, and in the process of participating in the formulation of international rules, I personally experienced the interest game behind various high-level theories, and saw how developed countries use various techniques to influence the formulation of rules; I personally felt the difficulties and dilemmas faced by China in participating in the formulation of international rules, and I learned how to enhance our voice and influence in participating in the formulation of rules. From the perspective of international trends, social responsibility and sustainable development are the trend of the times, and their influence is increasing day by day. They are the necessary knowledge and skills for us to participate in global competition. However, our students know very little about this international discourse system. Therefore, I very much hope that I can pass on what I have learned to students, so that students can understand international rules, including their advancements and existing problems, and let students understand the real world economic operating rules and the interest game in the process of rule construction, so that they can use responsible methods to solve problems after participating in work in the future, and have the sense and ability to participate as owners. I felt that as someone who had experienced it, I could explain it to students, so I applied to open this course.

Although the course "Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development" has its own ideological and political content, when I first taught the class, I focused more on passing on knowledge and information, and did not do a good job of transforming the knowledge into students' intrinsic motivation and behavior patterns. Therefore, I studied and figured out how to enable students to understand this knowledge and use this knowledge to solve real-life problems, and how to transform it into responsible actions so that they can play a greater role in future workplaces. In terms of teaching content, I tried my best to interpret the impact of corporate social responsibility based on the characteristics of the world economics major and integrate it with China's real problems; find ways to let students know what is happening and why; strive to integrate the content learned with the world economics major and personal growth; organize students to carry out classroom discussions and debates - analyzing hot topics of social concern from the perspective of sustainable development, focusing on the proposal of solutions, and through role setting, students can better understand the interests and expectations of different stakeholders and suggestions for solving problems.

For example, National Day70On the anniversary of 8867_9245|, we discussed the sustainability reflected in the National Day activities and how to make it more environmentally friendly and safer; when the Nobel Prize in Economics was awarded to behavioral economics theory, we used the winning theory to discuss the limitations of the rational person assumption of traditional Western economics. When the poverty reduction theory won the Nobel Prize, I compared and introduced China's poverty reduction theory and Practice; I use my connections to find opportunities to take students out of the classroom to conduct research - into Meituan, into Dell; I invite experts into the classroom - such as the global vice president (supply chain management) of France Telecom, the general manager of Kunlun Energy and Culture Department and other industry experts. The purpose is to let students not only understand theoretically, but also have close contact. Last year, we organized students to discuss the issue of food delivery riders. Through participatory teaching and role-playing, students were not bystanders but problem solvers, seeking win-win solutions through responsible and innovative thinking. We organized a class debate to discuss whether business operations should aim at sustainable development or profit maximization. Finally, we guided everyone to form a mindset of profit maximization with sustainable development as the goal and achieve a win-win situation for the enterprise and society. This is also highly consistent with my country's new development philosophy.

From an effect point of view, this course has basically achieved the expected goals. The overall feedback from students is relatively good, and the course has also won the top postgraduate teaching evaluation for two consecutive years10%Recognition; Many students reported that the content learned in the class affected their working ideas and methods; some students said that this course made them dare to do the right things; some students said that if they succeed in the future, they will remember this course. Whenever this happens, I feel that being a teacher is a particularly happy thing. In this process, I also realized the transformation of my own role, from being a full-time scientific researcher to paying equal attention to scientific research and teaching; from serving national construction to cultivating talents for national construction; from teaching students knowledge to guiding students to innovative thinking. I dare not say that I am educating people. I am just happy to have the opportunity to grow with my classmates.
