It is the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. Looking back on the 100-year history of the Party, we sigh at the great ups and downs of the journey and feel that the original sincerity of the sons and daughters of the Party has only grown stronger over time. The more than 91 million Communist Party members are the backbone of the Chinese nation's continuous struggle and courageous advancement. As a glorious party member of college teachers, I have been working as a Spanish professional teacher for seventeen years since I joined the company in April 2004. As a front-line teacher majoring in foreign languages in colleges and universities, I have always held a firm political stance, focused on the unity of my professional quality and ideological and political quality, implemented Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in my work, and played a pioneering and exemplary role as a party member in the teaching and educating position. I organized master students majoring in Spanish to conduct a research project on "The Historical Evolution of the Communist Parties of Latin American Countries and the Practical Exploration of Socialism". During the research process, I paid full attention to the exchanges between the Communist Parties of Latin American countries and the Communist Party of China and the affirmation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It demonstrated the role of a foreign language teacher as a "bridge" in the study of bilateral party politics, and the original intention of using practical actions to serve my country's foreign propaganda work.
2019The COVID-19 epidemic broke out at the end of the year. As one of the teachers, I used the Internet as a medium to conduct online teaching. I continued to study and teach even when classes were suspended, to protect the physical and mental health of students, to help support the world's largest online education, and to make my own contribution to the fight against the epidemic. I am deeply loved by students for my personality charm and academic attainments.

In teaching practice, I focus on my own business and persist in lifelong learning. In order to learn new teaching skills and improve professional quality, in 2019 I went to the Interpretation Department of the European Commission in Belgium to participate in the "Interpretation Teaching Method Training". For students who have temporary academic setbacks, actively talk to them, give them positive encouragement, and help them solve their problems.
In life, understand and tolerate students. Contemporary young people are more active in their thinking patterns and may have unique attitudes towards problems, so many conflicts are difficult to judge by right or wrong. On the basis of adhering to principles, I try my best to think from the perspective of students, understand and tolerate them; accept every student without prejudice, do not label any students, care, tolerate and accept every student from the bottom of my heart like I care for my own children, so that all students have no fear and uneasiness in their own classrooms, so that they can be confident and focused I will do my best to impart experience to students regarding their graduate destinations such as taking postgraduate entrance examinations, going abroad, and working. For graduating students, I will ask them about their career plans one year in advance, provide employment suggestions based on their personal personalities, help with recommendations, and even contact relatives and friends to offer suggestions and actively help them better transition to the next stage of life; I carefully observe the psychological and emotional changes of the students.
