This annual meeting was hosted by the National Ideological and Political Course Alliance of Finance and Economics Colleges and hosted by Shandong Technology and Business University. At the opening ceremony of the annual meeting, Zhao Zhongxiu delivered a speech entitled "Focus on new quality development, cultivate new people of the era, and write a new chapter in ideological and political education in finance and economics universities to strengthen the country." He reviewed the development process of the Alliance in the past five years from "building a platform and gathering consensus" to "strengthening connotation and promoting innovation", and fully affirmed the remarkable results achieved by the Alliance in promoting the ideological and political construction of courses in finance and economics universities. Zhao Zhongxiu pointed out that in the face of the construction of an educational power and the new requirements of the digital age, curriculum ideological and political education has become a key carrier for financial and economic education to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral integrity and cultivating people.
