Most of the four workers, both regular and temporary, did not take a break during the entire summer vacation. The Asset Management Office is responsible for the purchase and installation of desks, chairs and some teaching auxiliary facilities in Ningyuan Building, and the purchase of student beds in Hongyuan Building. Through bidding, student apartment beds were ordered for 1,990 rooms in Hongyuan Building, and the supervision and audit office, logistics management office, etc. conducted multiple inspections, guidance and supervision on the manufacturer's production and contract performance. The installation period of the classroom equipment in Ningyuan Building was 15 days. During the holidays, an enlarged meeting of cadres above the department was held to further unify and raise awareness and clarify work ideas.
