Dr. Zhao Minghao, deputy director of the Strategic Research Division of the Contemporary World Research Center of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, elaborated on the "difficulties" in the construction and promotion of the "Belt and Road" and pointed out that the core of the "Belt and Road" is "connection" and the key is "community". Li Yan, senior trainer of the Red Cross Society of China and training supervisor of the Beijing Red Cross Society, gave the lecture. Li Yan taught various emergency first aid skills to the volunteers.
