Liang Haoliang is sunny, humble, gentle, and his pure smile makes people feel friendly at first sight. It is also his easy-going and sincere character and his down-to-earth and hard-working qualities that have enabled Liang Haoliang to meet many like-minded friends along the way and gain recognition from his teachers. He never stopped walking when he was confused and troubled, and he also received help from others.
For seven years in college, he devoted a lot of effort to student work. During my undergraduate studies, I held multiple positions and actively tried various jobs. After completing his undergraduate degree, he went to Gansu to teach for one year. He quickly adapted to the change in his role in a short period of time. He improved his teaching methods and the class he taught ranked among the best. He also organized many activities such as sending teachers to the countryside, inspiring education, and supporting teaching for international students. About to officially join the job, he said with a smile, “I went to a bank, it’s a new field, and I’m starting from scratch. But now I have my own views on issues such as access to information, allocation of time, etc. Even though life in the future is full of variables, I also know how to be prepared. ”
Like many college students, Liang Haoliang has faced many choices for the future, and he is accustomed to using the "elimination method" when faced with choices. He explained, "When faced with a choice, I will eliminate options that I am not good at and that are difficult to achieve after hard work, summarize the commonalities of the remaining options, and work hard to get closer. When I actually face a decision, I will make a decision based on my feelings or a deeper understanding later." At the same time, he also suggested, "Listen more to the opinions of teachers who are familiar with you. As people who have experienced it, they have a better understanding of what needs to be done at different stages of life."
