For example, in my own research on small and micro enterprises, they will have theoretical research, data collection and processing, team collaboration, etc. As for laboratory construction, I mainly hope that they can accumulate certain experience in technology and development. When managing a team, you need to have experience in this area. For example, he needs to have the ability to develop himself and also have the ability to manage a team. If there were no big companies like Baidu in China, I think it would be abnormal. If you have been starting a business since your junior year in college, and you already have some connections and some market share, then I think there is no problem in starting a business right after you leave campus. But if you have just come out of campus and don’t understand the market yet, it is best to find a company first and train yourself. It is best to start from the grassroots level, even if you start as a coder, a designer, or a salesperson in a certain department. After you have a comprehensive understanding of the market and technology, you can then start your own business. This may be a better way. Although it may be a bit conservative, I think it may be safer to take the road to success this way. The same goes for Jack Ma.
