Professor Cheng Zhiqiang is a director of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, a director of the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law, an adjunct professor at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and a chairman of the Postdoctoral Federation of the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.

Professor Cheng Zhiqiang made a comprehensive interpretation of the economic part of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms" adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee from four parts: top-level design, endogenous forces, urbanization and enterprise reform. Professor Cheng pointed out that it is very gratifying to quantify the top-level design goals of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. In the interactive session, our school’s graduate counselor, Mr. Jin Lin, and graduate student representatives Min Jie and Yang Shuo, had further exchanges with Professor Cheng on issues related to land transfer, enterprise managers and cadres in the construction of the new rural areas.
