In the one and a half years since I joined the Institute of International Economics, I have truly felt the warmth of this big family. The college has a cultural atmosphere of unity, advancement, and inclusiveness. Whether it is the management philosophy of the college leaders or the daily interactions among colleagues, the biggest feeling I have is humanity and human touch. When I first joined this group and was at a loss about many things, the selfless help and experience imparted by my colleagues made me feel that the relationship between us is more about cooperation for common progress rather than life-and-death competition. When I was not feeling well for many days and did not come to the college, my colleagues showed all kinds of care and greetings to me, and the leaders also made many arrangements to help me rest at ease. I still feel deeply touched and grateful. It is this kind of humane and humane college culture that gives each of our researchers the space to fully display their talents, and also allows us to engage in teaching and scientific research with colleagues in a relaxed and happy mood every day. At the same time, the entire institute works together to not only complete the foreign investment report and the international competitiveness report of my country's export industry every year, but also jointly complete dozens of horizontal topics and government research reports every year.
