Our service attitude and quality directly determine the first impression of Beijing in people's minds. There is a shortage of manpower, and volunteers sometimes complain that they are thirsty, dizzy, and unable to rest. Occasionally, they encounter uninformed accusations and abuse from passengers.
Despite the hard work, everyone had no complaints, worked diligently and tried their best, and was never absent from work without excuse, which fully demonstrated the style of the students of the University of w88 and Economics.
