1. The main work done by logistics
1． Establish a leading group for Olympic volunteer work logistics services. The Logistics Department has 12 centers and 12 service directions, covering all aspects of Olympic service support. In order to carry out the work in an orderly manner, we have set up a leading group to be responsible for unified command and coordination. Service teams have been established in each center. During the catering service process, the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau put forward many special requirements based on the needs of the Olympic Games. We actively coordinated, purchased relevant equipment, and improved relevant systems to ensure that the service met the standards. In terms of accommodation services, the centralized accommodation area for media village volunteers needs to coordinate the safety duty system and pest eradication work. In the accommodation area for drivers in Inner Mongolia, there are also many facilities that need to be temporarily configured. We actively coordinated with all parties to ensure the timely implementation of relevant work.
The tracking service mechanism is one of the highlights of logistics in Olympic service work.
