I always thought that the customer service department of Super Store was a relatively relaxed department, but I didn’t expect that it would be very busy on the first day I was transferred. It was originally said that our job was only to inquire and issue invoices, but later we added items storage, lost and found, missing people, returns and exchanges of goods, etc. As soon as the students arrive at their workplace every day, they must get into the mood immediately, because the shift handover is when there are the most customers.

Customer service students are now able to skillfully issue invoices for customers, Although our person in charge told us not to rush and take our time, But the students don’t want the customers to wait too long, so they try to speed up and improve efficiency.

The students responsible for storing items have a hard time, Because there was no check-in office in the super store at the beginning, Our initial shopping bags and other items were placed in baskets and placed on the ground, Students at the entrance need to send the saved items to the exit in time, Two petite girls often rush between the entrance and exit, Sometimes the package is too heavy to lift, The male security guards will come over to help. Within two days, our customer service department added three iron racks specifically for storing items, This not only makes it easier for us to find, It also makes customers look more comfortable.

When I was receiving meal tickets yesterday, I suddenly discovered that there was an extra person in the customer service department. Finally, I discovered that our classmate Wang Chenfei, who was originally in the morning class, stayed until the evening because she would be transferred to the counter of the Bird's Nest tomorrow, Today is the last day working at the Super Store. She said it was the last day, I want to finish the whole day. But because it is temporary overtime, So I didn’t prepare her meal ticket. She said it's okay, You won’t feel hungry anymore when you are busy. Finally, our person in charge gave up his meal ticket. In fact, the person in charge himself is often too busy to take care of eating, Every time he eats, he lets his classmates eat first and he goes last. I suddenly felt that our small team in the customer service department had developed a family-like relationship during the few days of cooperation.

There are many customers every afternoon, The number of customers is still there after the class handover. The students often have no time to hand over the class, so they are busy with the classmate who takes over the class, and often forget the time to go back. When the passenger flow slowly decreased, I realized that it was already an hour past the off-duty time, I was reluctant to leave the super store in the end, At this time, I felt that my legs and feet were already sore.

walk out of the store, I saw a steady stream of customers coming in to buy things, See the satisfied smile on the customer’s face after shopping, Everyone laughed.
