Today, the central area officially welcomed the audience for the opening ceremony. Afternoon4At o'clock, after the opening ceremony audiences began to enter the central area one after another, the business of the super store gradually became booming. Customers from all over the world poured into the store to buy Olympic products. Naturally, we were very busy. We introduced the products to customers and guided them to check out. I really wish I had three heads and six arms to serve them.
After the intense work was over, everyone began to look forward to the opening ceremony in the evening. Instead of going home to watch TV, we chose to stay in the central area to experience the Olympics up close. We walked from the super store to the "Bird's Nest". There were not only the excited spectators preparing to watch the opening ceremony, but also the staff who still stuck to their posts, working silently to ensure the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games. Although they look calm on the outside, when the dazzling fireworks bloom over the central area, I believe they must be as excited and proud as us, but they are using their serious work to express their emotions. Tonight, what we feel is not only the shock of art and culture, but also the professionalism and dedication of the staff who stick to their posts.
When we saw the grand opening ceremony in front of the big screen, the sky above the central area was illuminated by fireworks, and every audience was shocked. The splendid culture of the Chinese nation was slowly revealed in front of the world as the scroll in the center of the stage opened. We know that tonight belongs to Beijing and China! Every audience, whether Chinese or foreign, was moved by this magnificent cultural scroll. Five thousand years of wind and rain have merged into magnificent pictures tonight, exuding breathtaking beauty and making us burst into tears. The glory and pride of being a son and daughter of China is written on the face of every Chinese. This night will be unforgettable for us!
The opening ceremony not only reflected China’s splendid culture and art, but also conveyed the Chinese nation’s pursuit of peace and friendship. The actors used ancient Chinese characters and modern Chinese to form the word "harmony", which not only shocked the audience with its spectacular image, but also allowed the audience to experience the Chinese nation's traditional thoughts of pursuing peace and harmony. The huge blue peace dove flew into the sky with dots of fluorescent lights in the center of the stage, bringing peace and friendship to the world and making the world feel the spirit of peace brought by the Olympics.
Another important event of the opening ceremony is the entrance of athletes. On both sides of the passage for athletes to enter, enthusiastic spectators wave and say hello to athletes from various countries. Especially when they see their own country’s team appearing, the foreign guests in the audience will say hello and cheer to the athletes of their own country in their own country’s language. Tonight, all the spectators and athletes jointly wrote a beautiful chapter of harmony and friendship between people of all countries.
When we left the central area, we couldn't help but look back at the "Bird's Nest". Her magnificence and beauty have been written into the history of China along with the Olympic Games. Facing the glorious history, how can we not be excited and proud?
The Chinese nation showed its five thousand years of splendid culture and art to the world tonight. Her grace, majesty, and peace and friendliness were all integrated into the perfect artistic performance at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games.
