Since its establishment, the Olympic Village accommodation service team has spared no effort to strengthen team building. The publicity and scientific research work is also carried out vigorously. In the early stage of the team's publicity work, the team was mainly committed to the organization of the work briefing "Daily Broadcast". As the work progressed, the public opinion collection team of the Publicity and Research Department received feedback from many students: I hope the team's publicity method can be more vivid and closer to everyone's daily work and life. This plays a platform and promoting role for ordinary students in the team to participate in team building work and for team students to communicate with each other.

In line with the principle of reflecting team building and being close to the work and life of classmates, the editorial department of the electronic magazine "Huiyuan Huiyuan" quickly and extensively launched a collection of manuscripts. During this process, we received strong support from our team members and the work started quickly. Many of its columns have received unanimous praise, such as "Green Mountains and Sea Dragons"deFood Report" focuses on everyone's daily work meals and evaluates the quality of the dishes. Its relaxed and humorous writing style is very popular among team members. In Team Voices, the eight operation teams will showcase their own styles in turn, in which team members will reveal their voices and describe their unique feelings about daily work and life. The Party Branch Building column will focus on showing the branch's rigorous work and service to classmates, and demonstrate its pioneering and exemplary role in the operation of the entire Olympic Village accommodation service team.

"Huiyuan Huiyuan" has been published in two issues and has initially achieved good publicity and display effects. In the upcoming third issue, the editorial department will highlight the details of students' daily work (especially night shift work), so that everyone can better understand the working status of students serving in the Huiyuan Apartment Media Village - hard work, effort, dedication, struggle, and happiness!

She felt that the master's method of making pillows was difficult for her to do well, so she figured out a method that suited her and increased the speed; when dusting, she did not miss every small corner, and the skirting board was carefully scraped with a knife, leaving no stain; when cleaning the floor, even if there was only a little bit of residue on the ground, she would carefully use paper towels to clean it up; when cleaning the bathroom, in order to meet the standards required by the building manager, she even took a brush and brushed the walls and floors of the bathroom4Times! Lin Lin is also very popular among her classmates, not only because of her down-to-earth work, but also because of her consideration for others. She always rushes to do any hard or dirty work. Sometimes, she would clean several bathrooms in a row, and rush to help other students with endless tasks... Huang Linlin always respects her master. Whatever the master asks her to do, she will act immediately without saying a word.
