It was the first time I really worked as a salesperson, the first time I felt the embarrassment of a customer looking at the product but not knowing what to say, the first time I saw senior leaders who seemed far away from me wearing the same clothes as myself and greeting everyone cordially in the store... Many "firsts" made this first day of trial operation full of memories.
Throughout the morning, everyone has been preparing for the afternoon trial opening. Stack the goods neatly, attach price tags, and be familiar with the types, materials, prices, etc. of the goods you are responsible for. Everything is going on in a busy and orderly manner. After lunch, everyone returned to the store nervous and excited. The leader will come to visit everyone soon to inspect the work. The radio is also reminding everyone to do a good job in hygiene and implement the details. These reminders over and over again made me feel a little uncomfortable standing in front of the counter. What posture should I use to stand in? Is my expression friendly enough? Will my boss be very arrogant and point his nose at me when I see something I'm not doing well? If I really dissatisfy them, will I still be criticized by the store manager? God... I feel sore and numb in my legs when I think about this... I feel like I am standing in a military posture. It is not easy to stand motionless in front of the counter.
