In the small team of about ten people, there are enthusiastic, thoughtful and eloquent salesmen, conscientious and meticulous cashiers, unknown warehouse managers, and of course, there are also leading teachers who care about us all the time and get along with us day and night. Every day we repeat similar tasks: entertaining customers, introducing products, billing and collecting money, and closing accounts. However, there is never a lack of laughter and laughter in ordinary days, and everyone has their own touching story.
What I want to write about is a member of this ordinary but great small team. The first time we met was through text messages. She said that she was the person in charge of our group. In the international broadcast center where we work, most of the customers are media reporters from all over the world. Naturally, in addition to practicing the sales skills we have just learned, we also need to learn to communicate with others in different languages. Having studied English for nearly ten years, I still have little confidence in my ability. The second Japanese guest I met was after I answered the question in Japanese unconsciously. When he heard me say "HA YI", also looked surprised, and asked me, do you know Japanese? I smiled and answered him in Japanese. The subsequent communication did not feel like a sale, but more like a conversation with new friends. I remember our teacher said that she hoped that one day we could speak Japanese to the extent that the Japanese would not praise us for speaking Japanese well, but would be surprised that you are not Japanese. I know I am still far from that stage and still need to work hard, but this experience really motivated me.
