The "Delegation Meeting" will have three topics:

1, convey the content of the delegation convenor meeting;

2, preparing and discussing the proposed list of candidates for the presidium of the conference, the secretary-general of the conference, the representative qualification review report (draft) and the agenda of the conference;

3, select the leader and deputy leader of the delegation.

The "Delegation Meeting" will be chaired by the convener of each delegation.
