Xu Song pointed out that in the face of the 10.76 million fresh graduates nationwide in 2022 and the ever-changing external environment of epidemic prevention and control, the current "730" group assistance work mentioned in the "How to Do a Good Job in Employment and Entrepreneurship Work" is a difficulty that urgently needs to be overcome. In the long run, employment is not only an economic issue, but also a training issue. In the face of the issues raised at the symposium, Xu Song put forward several suggestions to the participating teachers. First, they must shoulder responsibilities, continuously invest in learning new knowledge and new policies, and do a good job in employment services and employment guidance; second, they must persist in the long term and mobilize the faculty of the college to jointly contribute to the employment of graduates; third, they must continue to help students in need and help graduates in the complex and ever-changing employment situation.
