Be passionate and be a dream chaser

When faced with failure in a w88 casino full of talented people, many people will say:"The university gathers the best from high w88 casino, and the classmates around you are all excellent. Just adjust your mentality and do your best." However, Zhang Jiahui believes that maintaining a good attitude is one thing, and working hard is another. As long as you have a heart that is unwilling to be bleak, you should chase, try, and surpass. It is precisely with this belief that Zhang Jiahui remains enthusiastic, persists in his ideals, and explores more possibilities even after hitting a wall in study and practice.

Out of his yearning for international law, Zhang Jiahui chose to be admitted to the experimental class for outstanding foreign-related economic and w88 legal talents, to start a journey to the international moot court, and to strive for relevant internship opportunities. In the first semester of my freshman year, I was ranked behind in the experimental class of the elite group. When he failed in the FDI International Investment Arbitration Moot Court recruitment, Zhang Jiahui said frankly, “My abilities and status at that time did not match my ideals, but don’t doubt yourself. As long as you step out of your comfort zone, there will be opportunities for everything.” Stepping out of the comfort zone, maintaining the enthusiasm for studying international law, and seizing every opportunity became the beginning of Zhang Jiahui’s transformation.

Held by the Law w88 casino in the second semester of freshman yearThe "International Culture Festival" International Law Moot Court Competition gave Zhang Jiahui the opportunity to get in touch with moot court clubs and major international moot court competitions. In this competition, she was fortunate enough to be a debater, get the opportunity to challenge herself, and get a moot court experience ticket. She experienced the energy and ability required to understand the competition questions, master relevant laws and cases, write a standardized Memorandum, and prepare for court arguments within a limited time. "This is my moot court initiation competition," she said. "This competition has made me better understand the threshold of moot court, and I am more determined to strive for the qualifications of a formal team member. I feel that I can do better." In this way, during her sophomore and junior years, she participated in two famous international moot court competitions, Jessup and Vis Moot, as a researcher and main debater respectively. The team won first prize in the domestic competition, achieved breakthrough results in the international competition, and personally won the best debater award. During his senior year, Zhang Jiahui maintained his love for international law and moot court. He continued to serve as a student coach at Vis Moot, sharing his three-year journey and experience with the next generation of team members.

The spirit of not being afraid of failure and pursuing bravely not only inspired Zhang Jiahui to move forward on the road to mock court, but also allowed her to make rapid progress in her studies and rank among the best in the experimental class; she shined in campus activities and becameTAR lecturer, participated in clothing style competitions and cheerleading competitions, etc.; he was like a duck to water during off-campus internships, and he interned at his favorite law firm and business team. Her enthusiasm and courage to wave to opportunities have created her wonderful college life.

Be serious and diligent and be a doer

“If you work hard and work hard, you will not let down every opportunity and win more opportunities for yourself.”

Looking up at the stars, we must also keep our feet on the ground. Zhang Jiahui firmly believes that only by turning ideals into practical actions can we seize opportunities and make a difference. Detailed and rigorous discussions with her coach, all-night searches with her teammates, and rehearsing court arguments in her mind were the reasons why she gained the favor and trust of the Moot Court Club and achieved excellent competition results. Zhang Jiahui mentioned that in order to fully understand the factual background of the competition questions and ensure the correctness of the legal analysis ideas, she had asked many law professors in different fields for relevant questions. She also discussed the details and applicability of a case with a professor for nearly three hours. However, because of her meticulous attitude, she was given the opportunity to be the professor's research assistant after the competition."Legal logic is rigorous, and you need to be more truthful when dealing with laws and facts," she said.

Zhang Jiahui’s serious and diligent spirit of hard work is also reflected in Zhang Jiahui’s internship work and student work. During her internship at a law firm, she paid attention to details and was thoughtful, and was recognized by the teaching lawyers many times; as an assistant to the class teacher, she communicated one-on-one with the students in the class to get to know each student; inIn her work as a TAR lecturer, she took the class seriously, tried various interesting topics to integrate English knowledge, and spent 120 pleasant and fulfilling minutes with the students.

Warm and sincere, be a devotee

Zhang Jiahui spent four years working hard to shine, illuminate himself, and warm others. In her junior year, she decided to apply for the position of assistant class teacher, hoping to help junior students spend four fulfilling and meaningful years in college. In her senior year, the most critical year of her life, she still chose to stay in the moot court team as a student coach, sharing what she had learned and feeling with the team members"Preparing for the war", when she learned that the team had once again achieved breakthrough results and set a historical record, she said that her four years were very worthwhile.

"I believe that light can be passed on. My class assistants and student coaches at the time helped me grow. I have always followed their example, let myself shine first, and then pass the light to others."

When talking about his graduation destination, Zhang Jiahui said that he had struggled with pursuing a graduate degree, going abroad, and finding a job, butThe idea of "stepping out of the comfort zone" to pursue her dreams finally made her choose to study abroad. She hopes that in the next year of study and exploration, she can discover more about the collision of "law and international society," "law and national governance," and "law and civil rights," gain a deeper understanding of the meaning behind these keywords, and then more prudently choose a career that can realize the value of life.
