Discipline development: “Treasure Discipline” finally bears fruit

As the first university in New China to offer foreign w88 statistics courses, the University of International w88 and Economics started offering w88 statistics courses in 1951 when the w88 casino was founded. After more than half a century of arduous development, generations of teachers have continued to work hard, and statistics, a "treasure subject", has turned reality into reality and finally achieved fruitful results. In 2013, doctoral students in statistics and undergraduate students in economic statistics were recruited. In 2014, academic master's students were trained. In 2015, the master's program in applied statistics was established. In 2016, undergraduate students in financial mathematics were recruited. In December 2017, the fourth round of national subject evaluation by the Ministry of Education, w88 casino's statistics department received a B+, rising by 6 grades and making significant progress. On November 19, 2020, the general election was successfully completed. Teachers have published nearly 500 academic papers in well-known publications such as "ANNALS OF STATISTICS" and "Statistical Research"; they have published 22 academic books. It has undertaken 39 vertical scientific research projects such as major projects, key projects of the National Social Science Fund, and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
