Recently, the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Notice on Carrying out Party Discipline Study and Education throughout the Party", stating that in order to thoroughly study and implement the revised "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China", with the consent of the Party Central Committee, from April to July 2024, party discipline study and education will be carried out throughout the Party. This party discipline study and education is an important measure to strengthen the party's discipline construction and promote the in-depth development of comprehensive and strict party governance.

“Strengthen discipline and the revolution will be invincible.” Strict discipline is the party’s glorious tradition and unique advantage. We shoulder the lofty mission of comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization, and we also face major challenges on the road ahead that are rough and even stormy. The more complex the situation the party faces and the more arduous the tasks it shoulders, the more it must strengthen discipline construction, maintain party unity, and ensure that the whole party moves forward in unison. It is necessary to further deepen the understanding of the importance of strengthening the party's discipline construction and the dangers of neglecting party discipline and violating party discipline, urging party organizations and leadership groups at all levels to strictly implement the party's discipline construction, and promoting party members and cadres to strengthen their awareness of abiding by discipline. We must use strict discipline to ensure that the whole party firmly and consciously maintains a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, unites thoughts and actions, knows what to do and what to do, and what to do to form a strong driving force and synergy to promote Chinese-style modernization.

Strengthening discipline construction is the fundamental strategy for comprehensively and strictly administering the party.
