Du Shujun’s students have many party members. She often thinks about how to give full play to the ideological and political leadership of postgraduate party building and cultivate high-level talents for a powerful country in education. She serves as the instructor of the college's "Fengmao" Student Party Building Center, establishing a contact system between the center and the college's graduate party branch secretaries, party members, and activists, regularly conducting party class study and practical research activities, and strengthening party building leadership. Faced with the difficulties in party member development, education and management caused by the large number of students, she selected outstanding student party members to devote themselves to party practice, strengthened party building work, promoted the formulation of the "Seven Ones" standard system for party members' daily management, and ensured that party member education supervision was implemented.
