After entering university, faced with the oncoming wave of artificial intelligence, Gao Rui repeatedly thought about a question: When algorithms can automatically generate codes and models can replace judgment, what is the meaning of learning for young students? This question became the starting point of her four-year exploration. While studying at the w88 casino of Mathematics at the University of International w88 and Economics, she did not escape the wave of technology, but tried to stand between technology and society and use real problems to test the value of technology.
The prototype of the answer appeared in a grassroots survey. Facing tens of thousands of "immediate action upon complaint" data, she realized for the first time that the data was not an abstract indicator, but the real dilemma of elderly people living alone, grassroots workers and city operations. Based on this, she and her team visited many communities in Beijing and developed a large-scale grassroots governance model of "Social Questions and Answers" to transform unstructured demands into explainable and traceable governance suggestions. The results were accepted by the national invention patent.
Since then, she has continued to explore the boundaries of technology implementation. In an education reform project in cooperation with the Institute of Insurance, she quantitatively analyzed job demand data and curriculum systems, built a large education model, and served more than a hundred teachers and students; in cross-research with Peking Union Medical College Hospital, her data analysis results were used in clinical research on autistic children, and her paper results were accepted by the National Nutrition Science Conference. She has published many academic papers on topics such as artificial intelligence, public governance, and social security. Her results were shortlisted for the Peking University w88 casino of Economics Youth Forum and accepted by the ICAICE International Conference (included by ACM). Scientific research no longer stops at papers, but becomes a tool to respond to real-life problems.
In addition to academic exploration, Gao Rui also attaches great importance to the position that young people should stand. As the grade monitor and deputy secretary of the party branch, the party history-themed board game she participated in was reported by the Learning Power Platform, and she was personally interviewed by Beijing Daily and China Culture News. In the first two years of college, she devoted a lot of time to student work and public affairs, and gradually realized that true and long-term confidence still comes from a solid foundation.
