More than 2,700 NPC deputies who participated in the Fourth Session of the 14th National People's Congress shouldered the great trust of the people and gathered here to discuss the country's affairs and development and draw a grand blueprint.
This year is the first year of the “15th Five-Year Plan”, and this meeting has attracted much attention.
