Our country's economic strength, scientific and technological strength, national defense strength, and comprehensive national strength have jumped to a new level, laying a solid foundation for realizing the goal of basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035 set by the 20th National Congress of the Party. Practice has eloquently proved that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is a historical trend that no one can stop. Entering a critical period for basically realizing socialist modernization, laying a solid foundation and making full efforts to turn the grand blueprint into a beautiful reality, it is especially necessary to maintain strategic focus, enhance confidence in victory, gather powerful forces, and move forward step by step. The CPPCC should closely adhere to the central tasks of the party and the country, give full play to its advantages of gathering talents and intensive intelligence, focus on the "15th Five-Year Plan" outline, implement in-depth consultations on politics, actively provide suggestions and strategies, carry out democratic supervision, focus on building a modern industrial system, develop new productive forces according to local conditions, and build a healthy China.
