w88 casinoColin, Dean of the International College of Victoria University and Foreign Director of the Business Confucius Institute·Professor Clark (Colin Clark) attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech. Dean Colin successfully passed the HSK Level 1 exam with a score of 195 and is currently preparing to take the Level 2 exam next month. He shared his experience of learning Chinese and demonstrated that Chinese is not difficult, which greatly inspired the teachers and students present. Teacher Wang Long introduced the HSK exam to the students and encouraged everyone to have the courage to try and actively sign up for the exam to promote learning.
At the closing ceremony, Teacher Wang Long led everyone to review Chinese knowledge through an interactive Q&A format, and the students responded enthusiastically. Volunteer Li Tengfei gave everyone a Tai Chi performance that combined strength and softness, and invited students to participate in experiential learning. The scene was full of joy. Afterwards, Dean Colin issued graduation certificates to the students and expressed congratulations and encouragement.
Tai Chi Experience
This Chinese workshop is at Flinders Campus (Flinders Campus) and Footscray Campus（Footscray Campus) are opened at the same time, with a total of three classes. Project sponsored by Confucius InstitutePublic sentTeacher Wang Long is in charge, and volunteers Liu Chunxiao and Li Tengfei assist. Teachers teach students basic Chinese knowledge such as pinyin and daily communication terms in a humorous way. This Chinese language workshop is the first step for most students on the road to learning Chinese, and it also opens the door to five thousand years of Chinese culture for them. Unknowingly, every student has mastered basic communication skills such as self-introduction and daily greetings, and many can even read and write simple Chinese characters. The students all said that, as Dean Colin said, learning Chinese is not as difficult as they imagined. Student Abu (Abdulaziz) said:“It is really a pleasure to participate in the Chinese language workshop. It is a very interesting and rewarding experience in my learning career so far!”After the closing ceremony, many students asked the teacher when the next workshop would start, expressing their deep expectations for the Chinese course.
