Currently, the world is undergoing profound changes unseen in a century. China's unswerving implementation of a high-level opening-up strategy is not only the only way to achieve its own high-quality development, but also a key path to reshape the endogenous power of globalization and lead the transformation of the global governance system. Through institutional opening, unilateral opening and regional cooperation, China is leaping from a "big open country" to an "open powerful country".

China, as a responsible major country, has injected more certainty and development momentum into the world through a series of pragmatic measures. China is a major trading partner of more than 150 countries and regions, has become a major driving force in global clean energy development, has made substantial contributions to green transformation, and actively promotes international cooperation through the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative. China continues to deepen its opening up, opening up new and more attractive channels for capital. Formulating and implementing a more forward-looking and strategic opening-up strategy will enhance China's ability to reshape globalization.

Once again, improve the open system of education, enterprise and finance. Establish a multi-level international talent training system and set up special scholarships for key fields. Create a "Study in China" brand, optimize the service chain for international students, establish a unified overseas enrollment and publicity platform, and focus on promoting China's advantageous courses in the fields of science and technology, engineering, and Chinese teaching.
