Perhaps because of her passion, perhaps because of her feelings for Xiamen, perhaps because she was moved by the spirit of her predecessors who resolutely devoted themselves to grassroots construction, Wang Jingwen finally decided to return to her hometown to participate in rural revitalization work while she was still young, and to work at the grassroots level. Wang Jingwen started to have the idea of working in grassroots rural areas when she was in her junior year. She finally decided and started preparing to participate in the first semester of her senior yearThe 2020 selection examination for Fujian Provincial Party and Government candidates. The general requirements for the selection of transfer students are: members of the Communist Party of China, more than one year of service as a student cadre, awards at or above the w88 casino level, and strong organizational coordination, interpersonal communication and language expression skills. Currently, Donghui Village, where Wang Jingwen is located, is the largest administrative village in Guankou Town, Jimei, Xiamen, under its jurisdiction15 natural villages, 15 villager groups, with a total population of 6889 people. The village's leading industries are traditional crop planting and newly developed horticulture. It is rich in natural resources and has a long cultural history. Before settling in the village, Wang Jingwen had a comprehensive understanding of Donghui Village's location, transportation, population, folk customs, and economic development status. After being stationed in the village, she further understood the current development situation and village conditions of Donghui Village through communication with the village party secretary (director), the two village committees and former village officials, as well as reading archives and on-site visits. Understanding the actual local conditions is an important step for college students to work at the grassroots level. When you first arrive at the grassroots level, you should listen more, see more, learn more, and think more, get familiar with various tasks as soon as possible, and take the initiative to solve problems. Practice is a wordless book and an opportunity to ground the theoretical knowledge you have learned. Improving the people's sense of happiness, gain and security is the goal of grassroots rural workers. The trust and dependence of the people, the joy of increased income, and the improvement of the quality of life are the greatest recognition of the work of village officials. 

From knowing nothing about Donghui Village to slowly starting to know how many lychee and longan trees there are in the village, knowing which household’s roof needs to be changed from flat to sloping, and knowing where the villagers must be moved to the disaster evacuation point before the typhoon comes…This process may be full of ups and downs, and may be mixed with tears and grievances, but it also contains the power of growth. "Isn't this kind of experience what we call youth?" Wang Jingwen believes that many years later, she will be grateful for her decision to go to Donghui Village.

Wang Jingwen believes that at present, on the road to realizing the development of Donghui Village's rural revitalization, what she has to do is to actively publicize the party's line, principles, policies and national laws and regulations, deeply understand the village conditions and public opinion, and listen to the people's appeals; do a good job in epidemic prevention and control; assist in the implementation of various policies to benefit the people, report to relevant departments in a timely manner and coordinate to solve the strong and urgent needs of the people. Solve the problems; assist in determining the arrangement plan for various assistance and condolences funds to ensure that they are distributed to the villagers who need it most; refer to the "Xiamen Rural Revitalization Pilot Demonstration Implementation Plan" and proceed from the actual situation of Donghui Village to explore effective ways to develop and expand the village collective economy; strengthen rural grassroots governance, actively investigate and resolve disputes and conflicts, strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization, and enrich the cultural life of the farmers; promote"Love Xiamen" extends to the vast rural areas, mobilizing rural party members and capable people to participate in charity volunteer activities, and promotes pairing assistance work between all parties in society and lonely elderly people, disabled elderly people, children in need and families in need in the village.
