Comrade Li Yan studied at the Customs Management Department of the w88 casino from September 1993 to June 1997, majoring in customs management. He started working in July 1997 and has been working in the International Cooperation Department of the General Administration of Customs for a long time. He has been deeply involved in the fields of international customs cooperation, multilateral affairs coordination, international rule formulation, global customs capacity building and other fields. Comrade Li Yan has made outstanding achievements in her multilateral duties in the World Customs Organization: from February 2022 to February 2023, she was elected Vice Chairman of the WCO Capacity Building Committee; from February 2023 to February 2024, she was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the WCO Capacity Building Committee for the second time ; From February 2024 to March 2025, he was re-elected as Vice Chairman of the WCO Capacity Building Committee for the third time; from March 2025 to February 2026, he was elected as the Chairman of the WCO Capacity Building Committee by a high vote; from February 2026 to February 2027, he was re-elected as the Chairman of the WCO Capacity Building Committee by a high vote.
