On the afternoon of October 26, the China University of Petroleum (Beijing) Xinjiang Education High-Quality Development Conference was held at the Karamay Campus. Relevant leaders from the Department of Ideological and Political Work of the Ministry of Education, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Karamay City, aided universities, brother universities, as well as business and social representatives attended the meeting.
Huang Baoyin spoke at the conference on behalf of the counterpart supporting universities. He pointed out that serving the national strategy is the responsibility of the times for universities, and supporting education in the western region is our common mission.
